😄😄😄😄😄 The Power of Laughter & Joy
Vasudhārā, the 11th of the 21 Tārās, is the embodiment of Earth’s bounty. She appeared with eight great laughters to protect the Buddha. In this practice, we use her golden light to melt the cold clouds of despair. As the great masters teach, a playful mind is a free mind. Let’s recapture that childlike delight.

    How to Practice

Sit comfortably, relax your shoulders, and smile. Inhale golden sunlight, exhale gray smoke. Feel the solid embrace of Mother Earth beneath you. You are supported. You are loved.
