Lunar 8th Day, recurs monthly (this western calendar month has two Tara Days in December).
HAPPY TARA DAY! Every day is Tara day, although typically we celebrate especially on the eighth day of the lunar month , which is auspicious for Tara practice — and also for Medicine Buddha practices. The second auspicious day for Tara Puja is on the Full Moon Day, which is also Medicine Buddha Puja Day.
