COPYRIGHT @3GemsBand and Kongchok Namkha In the Sanskrit version of this song, we wrote the music and performed, adding in Tara’s ten syllable Sanskrit mantra as a chorus.

A Direct Translation of the above Sanskrit would be:

Homage to Tārā’s Body,To the great Varahī of Emptiness.Whose speech is beyond words and concepts,She who is the essence of the Perfection of Wisdom.I praise Tārā’s Mind,The immaculate moon of Knowledge.

    oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā

She who dispels samsara’s darkness, Like the light of the sun of wisdom. To Tārā, the Perfection of Method and Wisdom, homage to you!

    oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā

With a mother’s love for her son, You give the Three Liberations. To the Lady of the Khadira forest, Who saves from the Eight Fears.

    oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā
