Where can I buy a copy of “Source of All Buddhist Protectors?” I can’t find it anywhere.
Dear James, Thanks for commenting. That particular book isn’t on Amazon because it contains practices that require the permission and/or initiation of teachers. As far I know, you can obtain a copy in hardcover directly from Gaden for the West (https://gadenforthewest.org). They don’t show it, currently, on the book page from what I see on the website, but you could reach out to them at: https://gadenforthewest.org/contact/ (I know they had plans to donate the books as practice texts to various gompas and temples, so there may not be any left, not sure.)
