White Heruka and Vajrayogini long life deities. For those in the Toronto area, there is a rare empowerment in the Gelug Highest Yoga Tantra tradition of White Heruka in December 2018. Details here>>

On this weekend Rinpoche will give commentary and instruction and lead practice on the Deity White Heruka. For initiates only. (Initiation is Friday, December 7, information here>>)

White Heruka is a special treasure, a practice of long life which combines but Heruka practice — the blessings of this Highest Yoga deity — with self-healing practices. Through White Heruka practice we can attain long, happy and meaningful lives dedicated to compassion for all sentient beings. This practice is recommended for serious and experienced students for the removal of life’s obstacles and the blessings of long-life. Often students offer this practice for the long life of the precious teacher.
This teaching is rare, coming from the visionary Kadam Emanation Scripture, given in Spiritual Vision directly from the Buddha of Wisdom Manjushri directly to the founder of the Gelugpa Tradition, Je Tsongkhapa. An emanation of the Annutara Yoga version of the Buddha of Compassion – “Wheel of Bliss” Heruka Chakrasamvara – it is a healing and longevity practice. As a Highest Yoga Tantra initiation, it does have important daily and lifetime commitments.
